About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient evaluations to identify needs and appropriate interventions
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and quality of life
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Educating patients and families on managing disabilities and enhancing independence
• Maintaining detailed records and adjusting treatments as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
