About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility care, assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy services. The role involves collaborating with patients and caregivers to promote independence, designing personalized programs to restore and enhance physical abilities, and making referrals as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited program
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• A valid, unencumbered state license

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs
