Job Summary

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our rehabilitation team to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. You will assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
