Occupational Therapist (OT) and COTA - Per Diem, Oahu

About the role

Always Best Care Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified agency serving patients across Oahu. We are seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who help patients regain independence through personalized, in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
• Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk screenings
• Track patient progress and coordinate with the care team

Requirements

• Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health a plus)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

OT: $80 per visit
COTA: $60 per visit
