Occupational Therapist Opportunity – $80 per visit

About the role

We are a growing home health organization in Honolulu dedicated to helping seniors live safely, independently, and confidently. Our work focuses on home health, fall prevention, and supportive therapy services within private homes and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in clients’ homes and senior living communities
• Complete initial evaluations and follow-up assessments, including fall-risk screenings
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Represent our organization at community wellness events and outreach programs

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
• At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Comfortable engaging in community outreach and presentations
