Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema Specialist (PRN Days)

Position Details

Under the direction of the Manager of Holistic Health, this position provides outpatient physical therapy and lymphedema services to both cancer and non-cancer patients and educates patients and their families on managing lymphedema. The role promotes the growth and development of the lymphedema and physical therapy programs.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
• Licensure: Current physical therapy or occupational therapy license in the applicable state of practice or eligibility required
• Experience: Must have at least 3 years lymphedema experience
• CPR certification and ability to respond to emergency situations
• Demonstrates advanced treatment skills and knowledge, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate patient needs

Preferred Requirements

• PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master's degree preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
