Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

About the role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a collaborative environment, ensuring the delivery of personalized, compassionate care to facilitate patient recovery during their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, onboarding, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships and understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs to support rehabilitation goals.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories, fostering a positive recovery experience.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred.
