About the role

Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting to help patients develop, regain, or maintain daily living, work, and leisure skills.

Responsibilities

• Create tailored intervention plans
• Facilitate participation in meaningful activities
• Provide education to patients and families
• Model proficiency and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across various clinical settings such as ortho, neuro, ICU, and post-surgical populations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or preferred Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Colorado licensure
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
• Commitment to teamwork and professional growth
