About the Role

This position involves working full-time in an acute care setting, with some weekend and holiday responsibilities. You will work with a dynamic team in a patient-centered facility, providing care to a diverse range of patients including Neuro, Trauma, Cardiac, Orthopedic, and General Debility cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assess patient needs and develop interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure or license eligibility in the State of Delaware as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR Certification
• AOTA Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$35.39 - $56.63 hourly

Schedule
