Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life for residents.
• Assess residents' functional abilities and needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and interventions to enhance physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and support resident-centered care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain OT (Occupational Therapist) licensure in the State of Michigan
