Position Overview

Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join their in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to identify functional impairments and therapy needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for safety and independence
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional recovery strategies
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license in good standing with all applicable licensing boards
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
