Occupational Therapist – Hospital 📍 Torrington, WY

Position Overview

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Supervise OT assistants (COTAs) as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Wyoming OT license or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
