About the role
Provide skilled, one-on-one therapy services in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them regain independence with daily activities and safely navigate their environments.
Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions and educate patients and caregivers to support functional independence and quality of life at home.
Responsibilities

- Navigate patients' environments safely
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in home health, outpatient, acute care, or skilled nursing settings is preferred but not required
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
- Current CPR certification
