Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions
  • Provide home safety recommendations
  • Consult and coordinate with home health interdisciplinary team and other medical professionals
  • Ensure patient’s overall quality of life and independence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program required
  • One-year Occupational Therapy experience providing rehabilitation therapy to a variety of patients including the elderly required
  • Experience in home health or geriatric setting preferred
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license required
  • Proof of insurance on automobile used for work required
  • Driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended, required

Qualifications

  • Computer internet connectivity (OMHH work laptop provided)
  • Reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Fte 100% WORK SHIFT Days Pay Range $45.93 - $69.64 Union UFCW 3000-Home Health Shift Differentials/Premiums Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No On Call Shifts: No Premiums Weekend - $4.00/hourLead - $3.25/hourPreceptor - $1.00/hourPer Diem - 15% (on base plus steps, in lieu of benefits)Certification - $2.00/hourWeekend Coordinator Pay (chg) - 15% on regular pay

  • Weekend Coordinator Pay (chg) - 15% on regular pay
