As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, patient-centered occupational therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Treat a diverse patient population, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and complex upper extremity conditions
- Utilize advanced, evidence-based treatment techniques
- Collaborate with a growth-oriented team to promote clinical excellence and professional development
Requirements
- License or pending license as an Occupational Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Eagerness to grow & learn
- Interest in pursuing CHT certification when eligible (if not already obtained)

Pay
Compensation range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year (based on location, total experience, CHT certification, etc.)
Additional compensation opportunities:
- Up to an additional $31,000 annually through the clinician bonus plan ($1,192.31 per paycheck)
- Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10,000)
