Occupational Therapist - Full Time *Sign-On*

About the Role

Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of State Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with National Board and governing bodies in the state of practice. Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.

This position qualifies for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed occupational therapy programs.
• Practice within the scope of the State Practice Act and comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
• Assist in special projects and coordinate activities to promote department growth and development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state; may work under a temporary license for up to 90 days.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
