Responsibilities
- Provide patient care by organizing and implementing medically prescribed programs to maximize patient potential.
- Operate within the scope of State Practice Act, adhering to all regulations and standards set by governing bodies.
- Support departmental growth by assisting with special projects and coordinating patient care activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state (may work under a temporary license up to 90 days).
- No prior experience required.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (training provided after start).
- Ability to respond to emergency situations.
- Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
