Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support patients in achieving functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient mobility and function
• Document progress and communicate with patients and families

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License is required to start the position
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
