Occupational Therapist - Full Time

We’re hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

About the role

• Support patients in achieving independence and wellness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress towards goals

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning and implementation in hospital, skilled nursing facility, and home health settings
• Assessment and documentation of patient progress
• Interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Education and training of patients and families

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and Home Health settings
• New graduates are welcome to apply
