Responsibilities
- Support patient rehabilitation and recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide education and training to patients and families on self-care and adaptive techniques
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred
