Responsibilities

• Support patients in achieving functional goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient education and training
• Document progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings, with a primary focus on hand therapy
• Preference for clinicians pursuing or holding Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential

Qualifications

• Available to work a full-time, 40-hour per week daytime schedule
