Occupational Therapist - Full Time Acute Care

Position Overview This role involves providing patient care through the organization and execution of medically prescribed programs to maximize patient potential. The therapist practices within the scope of the State Practice Act, ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and governing bodies. The position includes contributing to department growth by assisting with special projects and coordinating patient care activities. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the state, with temporary licenses accepted up to 90 days.Current BLS certification and ability to respond to emergencies.Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy. Key Responsibilities Organize and conduct therapeutic programs for patients.Practice within legal and professional standards.Assist with departmental projects and activities to enhance patient care.
