About the Role
AVIR AT SNYDER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full-time or PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy program. This is a homey, comfortable facility with an excellent interdisciplinary team. We seek a clinician passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents.
We serve a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions and are looking for a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these needs. The facility offers excellent nursing care, amazing support, and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of.
Flexible compensation options are available for full-time roles, including bonus options up to $5,000.00.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy care to patients and residents.
- Develop and implement therapy programs for orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Contribute to building and enhancing therapy programs within the facility.
Requirements
- Valid Texas OT license.
