Woven Care · Aurora, CO · 1 wk ago
On-siteHealthcare$90k–$112k/yrFull-time

Do you feel like you’ve spent years building your clinical expertise while everything else around it has gotten harder? At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: client care, mentorship, and building the next chapter of their career. Our goal is to hire and retain the best team, so we do things differently here: our clinicians have autonomy over their schedules and compensation models, we work in a true multidisciplinary model, and we invest in our team’s growth through every stage of their careers. We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!

About the role

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

Compensation

  • Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose.
  • Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
  • Sign-on bonus up to $9,000.
  • Student loan repayment: $200/month toward your principal loan amount through SoFi.

Schedule

  • Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and flexible scheduling options.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans for individuals and families.
  • Tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year.
  • Six guaranteed holidays.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) with match after 1 year.

Growth opportunities

  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure.
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging.
  • Leadership opportunities: every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a therapist, demonstrating our commitment to promoting from within.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • NBCOT certification in good standing.
  • Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain.
  • 5+ years of experience.

About us

At Woven Care, our clinicians are the backbone of what we do, and we are dedicated to building a company that supports you. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and BCBAs, working cross-functionally to make every day fun and interesting. You'll have the flexibility to structure your week around your family, not the other way around, and have leadership and mentor opportunities to grow with Woven Care.

We've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection.
