Occupational Therapist - Experienced Clinician

What Your Day Looks Like

• 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships
• Two evaluations per week
• Built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge
• Supervise and support 2+ COTAs
• 70% productivity expectation

Compensation

• Salary option: $90,000–$112,000
• Pay-per-billed-hour option: $70 to $86.40 per billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36 per meeting hour
• Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually
• 2% bilingual increase
• Sign-on bonus up to $9,000
• Student loan repayment: $200/month toward principal loan amount through SoFi

Schedule

• Four- or five-day work weeks
• Flex days and flexible schedule

Requirements

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification in good standing
• Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
• 5+ years of experience
