Occupational Therapist - Ellenville
Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Pay
$150/evaluation (range based on service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held)
Schedule
Part time, school age evaluations, FT potential, Start 7/1/26 or sooner.
