Occupational Therapist/COTA
About the role
This position provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist
- Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist
- Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in similar settings/diagnosis
- Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position
