Occupational Therapist/COTA
About the role
The Pediatric Movement Center (PMC) is a therapist-owned, pediatric outpatient clinic with locations in Hagerstown and Frederick, Maryland. We provide speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, developmental classes, and community programs to children and young adults up to age 21.

Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric OT evaluations and assessments (OTR/L position only)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address sensory processing, motor coordination, self-care, and ADLs
- Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services
- Educate families on home programs and developmental strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OT) or COTA certification
- Active Maryland OT or COTA license
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
Schedule & Location
- Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
- Monday–Friday, flexible
- Hagerstown or Frederick, MD locations
