About the role

Pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities. Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism. Drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in their homes and community settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
