Occupational Therapist

About the role

Full-time position located in McAlester, OK. The setting is an outpatient clinic. Pay range $39 - $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with incentives tied to clinical results is offered. A flexible $8,000 career bonus is available to use for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market, and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families, and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.) or Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
