Occupational Therapist

About the role

Join our outpatient rehabilitation team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient occupational therapy treatments focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and upper extremity function
• Provide therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Educate patients on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs (HEP)
• Document care and monitor progress in EMR (Epic)
• Support orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and clinical guidelines

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA, and OTAC preferred
