About the role
Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to our interdisciplinary teams. We are a patient-focused, therapist-owned, and therapist-managed company that provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings throughout Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
- Participates in the clinical team process.
- Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
- Involves in clinical program development.
- Supervises other licensed occupational therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs may have additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Utilizes effective time management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Pay
$35 - $40 per hour
Schedule
30-40 Hours/Week Flexible
