We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services in Montrose, CO. Key responsibilities include: Evaluating clients and delivering Occupational Therapy based on physician ordersSupervising and managing therapy assistants and aides in client carePlanning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating therapy servicesHandling administrative duties such as scheduling, transportation, and documentationEnsuring compliance with state Occupational Therapy Practice Act Qualifications: Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist licenseGraduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or eligible for certificationMinimum of one year of relevant experienceValid driver’s license, insurance, and means of transportation Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skillsLeadership ability to supervise therapy staffExcellent organizational and communication skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
