Seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide personalized, in-home care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life, and documenting care within EMR systems. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging-in-place strategies. Therapists may incorporate telehealth and virtual care to increase flexibility and patient support. Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in the practice stateDegree from an accredited OT programProficiency in basic computer and EMR useCurrent CPR certification Key Skills & Qualities Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, assisting with transfers, and repositioning patientsComfort with driving to patient locations and working in diverse environmentsStrong communication and documentation skillsAutonomy to create and manage treatment schedules Opportunities include full-time, part-time, PRN, and mentorship programs, with competitive compensation, benefits, and support for professional growth.
