About the role
Copper Ridge Health and Rehab in Butte, Montana is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and quality of life.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
- Graduate of an accredited OT program.
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
