Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations
- Developing and implementing plans-of care
- Writing daily and quarterly progress reports
- Participating as a member of IFSP and IEP team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in the field of Occupational Therapy from a recognized college or university
- Current Occupational Therapy license by the State Board of Registration in Medicine
- Three years experience working with youth as a therapist is preferred
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay
$90,000.00 per year
Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours; Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm.
