About the Role
Provide individualized pediatric therapy in clients' homes, focusing on supporting children's sensory needs, daily routines, and independence. Collaborate closely with families and care teams to achieve functional, real-world outcomes, utilizing efficient documentation tools to minimize administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services in home-based settings.
- Support children’s sensory processing, daily routines, and independence.
- Work with families and care teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Utilize streamlined point-of-care documentation systems.
- Engage with the Early Intervention population for increased daytime referrals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active OT license in the practice state.
- Certification from NBCOT and current BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
