What You Will Do
- You assist Occupational Therapist in performing procedures, tests, and complex treatments to ensure the safe, effective evaluation and treatment of patients.
- You develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
- You collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care.
- You address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training.
- Your clinical reasoning will be valued, and your productivity expectations will be realistic.

What You Bring
- Absolutely required: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for New York State OTA license
- NBCOT certification (or eligible)
- Passion for helping patients regain independence
- Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
