What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care
- Address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training
- Use clinical reasoning to inform interventions
- Meet productivity expectations

What You Bring
- Absolutely necessary: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- NY State OTA license or eligibility
- NBCOT certification (or eligible)
- A passion for helping patients regain independence
- Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
