POSITION SUMMARY

Apart-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to treat geriatric patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
• Experience in Long-term Healthcare
• PREFERRED: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written documentation

POSITION DUTIES

• Perform therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients
• Create and implement treatment plans to help patients reach their maximum potential or successfully transition to the next level of care
• Collaborate with other therapists and nursing staff to ensure cohesive quality of care
• Educate patients and caregivers about managing care at home after discharge from the facility
• Provide quality documentation as required
