About the role

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient occupational therapy services in an assisted living community. Join our team and help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life through exceptional geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Florida COTA license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
