About the role

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient occupational therapy services in a home setting. Join our team and help older adults maintain their independence and quality of life through exceptional geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Florida COTA license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
