About the role
Smithtown Center is an exceptional team-oriented facility dedicated to making residents and staff comfortable and happy. We are now hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
Responsibilities
- Screening patients
- Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance occupational therapy services
- Conducting patient and family education
- Delivering quality occupational therapy services
- Putting patient service first
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A VALID COTA LICENSE
- Compassionate Occupational Therapist to work full time
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licence or License eligible Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
