The Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health provides occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy to patients in their homes
• Restores patients to their fullest physical ability
• Performs duties in accordance with policies and procedures and the established plan of care

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited OTA program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
• Required Work Experience: No experience required
• Required Licenses and Certifications:
  • OTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
• Additional Requirements: Upon Hire, a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation are required.
