Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR.
• Support children in developing functional skills for daily living, play, and school success.
• Collaborate and communicate closely with families and team members.
• Track and celebrate progress with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed and certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of Texas.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children and families.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
