About the role
Responsible for assisting occupational therapists in providing therapeutic services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in performing daily activities
- Implement therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Document patient progress and communicate with therapists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Experience working with patients of varying abilities
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping individuals regain independence
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
