Occupational Therapist Assistant

About the role

Provide hands-on care to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists. Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and therapeutic exercises.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Mobility support
• Perform therapeutic exercises
• Follow patient care plans
• Document patient progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification
• Experience in home health care setting preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
