Responsibilities

• Support patients through treatment plans
• Helping them achieve meaningful progress and improved quality of life

Requirements

• Strong understanding of upper extremity and hand treatments
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of occupational therapy stretches and exercises
• Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to safely lift and assist patients
• Able to follow and execute detailed instructions accurately
• Skilled in measuring range of motion
• Understanding of how to progress treatment plans
• Able to recommend modifications to the Occupational Therapist when appropriate
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Caregiving attitude with strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency in manual therapy, stretches, and range of motion measurement

Qualifications & Skills

• NBCOT certified; graduate from an accredited college
• Current state of Wyoming license
• Outgoing and energetic personality
