Occupational Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and enhance quality of life in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Include Assisting Occupational Therapists in delivering rehabilitative services.Helping patients perform exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.Monitoring and documenting patient progress.Educating patients and families on proper techniques and equipment use.Collaborating with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.Maintaining clean treatment areas and adhering to safety standards.Participating in ongoing training to improve skills. Qualifications And Skills Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.At least 1 year of relevant experience.Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles.Physical stamina for assisting with patient mobility and tasks. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $33 to $35, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
