About the role
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with AgeRight Home Health. Opportunity to make a positive impact in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders
- Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes
- Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
- Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
- One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required
Qualifications
- Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired
- Organizational skills to facilitate program development
